Returns and Refunds
- We do not offer refunds or returns unless there is an error on our part.
- Refunds will only be issued for yarn balls that were incorrectly packed or if the wrong items were sent. Customers must provide proof of the issue within 3 days of receiving their order.
- If an incorrect item was shipped, only the affected yarn balls will be refunded, not the entire order.
- We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, colour preferences, or slight variations in yarn dye lots.
