  • Refunds will only be issued for yarn balls that were incorrectly packed or if the wrong items were sent. Customers must provide proof of the issue within 3 days of receiving their order.
  • If an incorrect item was shipped, only the affected yarn balls will be refunded, not the entire order.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, colour preferences, or slight variations in yarn dye lots.
  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital patterns and downloadable files are final. Refunds will not be provided, including where a digital product was purchased by mistake instead of a physical item.

5. Digital Products

  • All digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.
  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available, including purchases made in error or where a digital product was mistaken for a physical item.
  • Digital products are licensed for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, reproduce, or commercially exploit the files or their contents without prior written permission unless specified in product description.
  • All digital products remain the intellectual property of Lilthings World Pty Ltd and are protected by copyright laws.
  • If you experience any problems accessing or downloading your digital purchase, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will assist you.
  • Customers are responsible for reading the product description carefully before purchasing to ensure they understand they are buying a digital download rather than a physical product.
  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
